If your laptop hardware develops a fault within 12 months of receipt you can return it for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover the battery (unless you bought a new one at time of purchase) or software issues. It does not cover accidental damage like breaking the screen or spilling liquid on it. You would need insurance cover for this.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
