We offer a unique 14 day moneyback warranty on all our used and refurbished products. if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or you have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange it or refund your payment (minus carriage) if you return it within 14 days of purchase. An exchange can be arranged for a similar product or a better product for payment of the difference. If you would like to exchange a product or get a refund, you are responsible for the safe return of the product. It is always better to return the product in the same packaging used by us. Please see our returns page. We can arrange for collection of the product for £18 including VAT. Please ring us on 0870 060 1202 to arrange this. Please note this 14 day warranty does not apply to new products and excludes the original carriage charge. |
