Good morning, in reference to a problem that arose
yesterday with regards to
not receiving back a replacement laptop Dell C610 battery.
It would seem the
Royal mail delivered the parcel to another party by error,
but through good
honesty the battery was returned, and added to another
parcel awaiting my
collection. Hence I have now received the battery, which
seems to be working
in fine order.

I recently ordered a Toshiba laptop via your website - and no, this isn't a
complaint, quite the reverse!
The machine was ordered during the Christmas period, so understandably your
published stocks were not quite up with demand, and there was a brief (1
week) delay in delivery. You kept me informed, and fulfilled the revised
delivery date as promised.
When my daughter Fran Bennett (whose laptop it was to be) returned to
university and tried to connect to the network there was a problem. You
immediately responded to her phone call, agreed the network card was
probably faulty, and replaced it by return post. The whole installation is
now working perfectly.
So many people are so keen to moan about the slightest problem, so I just
thought I'd say - well done!
I'll certainly be buying from you in the future, and will recommend your
company to others.
