Payment Details

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Visa and Mastercard credit cards (these incur a 2% surcharge)
• Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Connect, Solo and Switch debit cards (no surcharge)
• Personal and business cheques (please allow 7 working days clearance)
• Building Society cheques, bankers draft (require no clearance)
• Payment direct into our Co-operative bank account (details on request). Cash paid into any Co-operative branch will normally reach our account same working day so there is very little delay
• Payment by cash or postal order (sent by special delivery through the Post office). Goods will be generally be despatched on same day as receipt.
• Paypal (with 4% surcharge). Contact us first.

We would require advance notice of payments by cheque, cash, postal order or payments into our bank so we can reserve stock and watch for payment.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS, WESTERN UNION OR ANY CARD REGISTERED OUTSIDE THE UK.

We conduct extensive fraud protection measures to protect both the genuine cardholder and us against loss and inconvenience.

Credit and debit card payments are not taken automatically on placing order. All the order does is securely capture the details and the card will be processed by our staff.
