Everything received safe and sound. Only problem is with one of the power leads for the laptop which is damaged and you can see the wires !! Still works but I would be happier with a replacement.

dear sir/madam as requested re: feed back, firstly the delivery/delivery driver were faultless, this is how it should be done, many thanks to interlink express. As for the product I was bowled over, it looked like a work of art I was afraid to touch it, so I studied as much infomation I could get my hands on, when I built up enough courage I opened this awe inspiring masterpiece. it makes my old laptop look like something from "Toys R Us", still I was unable to touch anything afraid I might spoil it in some way. In the end I had to plunge in, so far it`s been faultless, installed over 100 updates, installed some more programs, uninstalled some programs I`m not going to use,backed up files to dvd, accessed my e-mail, disabled some add-ons, signed up for everything that was presented except the anti-virus I`m useing microsoft`s anti-virus plus lots of other tasks without a single problem, after all that I decided to give "interneticus" a well deserved rest (and myself). Even the internet connection (router) set-up was made simple, I could go on so I`ll leave it at that for now, if everything else go`es as good as it has up to now, with the excellent service there is no point in looking anywhere else and would recomend "Val-u-computers" to every one without a seconds thought. I`ve had so many problems in the past, it has been a pleasure to deal with a real professional. thank you yours respectfully stefan. PS. if I want safe sex with this ace(r) (she is better looking that my ex) do I have to wear a modem?

I have been delighted with the refurbished Dell laptop you sent me last week. I am partially bedridden & prone to insomnia so it has been a lifeline for me to use the laptop in bed and keep in touch with my friends and play my PC games etc. I can't thank you enough for your help in choosing a suitable machine. It was easy to set up and once all the Microsoft updates had been done it was plain sailing. A bonus was that I was able to download the Amazon Kindle software to read books in comfort.

Hi,
I would just like to say how impressed I was with my refurbished laptop.The condition is excellent and I am totally unable to find any scratches on the cover (which was noted as a possibility).I would argue it could almost be sold "as new".I was most impressed that you had installed a 60 day security programme and a PDF file for the model.
I also felt that the service was very good and I was well informed of delivery day and then time.
I would have no hesitation in using your site again and would definitely recommend you to other people.
